<br />of Grand island, Hall County, NEbraska, excepting therefrom the Northerly
<br />Eighty-Five and Three Tenths (N 85.3) Feet thereof,

<br />thereunder, including interest thereon, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the S8me unto the
<br />said party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever, subject
