<br />11ghtguide shall have its location indicated upon the 8urface markers set at intervals on th~ land of the Undersigned or on
<br />adjacent lands. The undersigned for themselvee. their heire, succeGsore and assigns, hereby covenant that no structure
<br />shall be erected or permitted on said strip. The granteee agree that the said cablee or lightguides shall be buried bel~~
<br />plou depth in order not to interfere with the ordinary cultivation of the etrip, and to pay for damageB to fences and
