Upon aCl.:elera(ion under paragraph 13 or abandonllwnt of (he Properly, Lender (in person, by agenl or by judil.:i<llly ap- pointed rer.eiver) shall be entitled to enter upon, tal:t' possession of and managt' the Property and to collect the rents or lhe Properly including those past due. Any rents collected by lender or lhe receiver shall be applied first to payment of lhe costs of manage- ment of the Properly and collection of rents, including, but nOI limited to, receiver's fees, premiums on receiver's bonds and reasonable attorneys' fees, and then to the sums secured by Ihis inslrument. 15. Upon payment of all sums secured by this instrument, Lender shall request Trustee to recom'ey the Property and shall surrender this instrument and all notes evidencing debt secured by this instrument to Trustee.
