<br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar and
<br />other valuable consideration, to it 1n hand paid by Colonial Central Savings
<br />Bank, FSB, a Corporation, the party of the second part, at or before the
<br />ensealing and delivery of these presents, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, bargained, Bold, assigned, transferred, and set

<br />to, aT currently assigned to, Superior Mortgage, Inc. and all its right, title
<br />and interest to the premises therein described, as follows, to-wit:
<br />The East Forty Three and Five Tenths (E43.5) feet of Lot Thirty Four (34),
<br />and the West Five and Five Tenths (WS.S) feet of Lot Thirty Five (35), in
<br />Buenavista Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />This Mortgage was assigned from Occidental/Nebraska Federal Savings Bank
<br />to Superior Mortgage, Inc. on August 7, 1986 in Ins(. #87-101028, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Together with the note therein described, and the money due or to ber-orne due
<br />thereunder, including interest thereon, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the SBrne unto the
<br />said party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever, subject
<br />only to the provisions of said INDENTURE OF ftORTGAGE therein contained.
<br />
<br />And the party of the first part does hereby make, constitute Bnd appoint the
<br />said party of the second part, itti true and lawful attorney, irrevocable, in
<br />itB name, or otherwise, but at their own proper costs and charges, to have,
<br />use, and take all lawful ways and means for the recovery of the said money and
<br />interest, and, in case of p.yment, to discharge the same as the part of the
<br />first part might, or could do, if these present. were not made.
