<br />KNOW ALL HEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Mortgage, Inc. B
<br />Corporation, the party of the firBt part, in consideration of One Dollar and
<br />other valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by Colonial Central Savings
<br />Bank, FSB, a Corporation, the party of the second part, at or before the
<br />enaealing and delivery of theBe presents, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, bargained, Bold, assigned, transferred, and set
<br />over, and, by these presents, does grant, bargain, Bell, assign, transfer,
<br />transferred, and set over, unto the said party of the second part, its
<br />successors and assigns, a certBin INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE, Bearing date
<br />of May 14. 19 87, 8S Document #87-102765 in the offices
<br />of the Hall County Register of Deeds
<br />and made by Raul Garza and Kerry E. Garza
<br />to, or currently assigned to, Superior Mortgage, Inc. and all its right, title
<br />and interest to the premises therein described, ss follows, to-wit:

<br />Lot six (6), in Block Eight (8), in West View Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and that part of
<br />Vacated 9th Street as shown in ordinance No. 4948, Filed in
<br />Book 21, Page 316.

<br />Together with the note therein described, and the money due or to become due
<br />thereunder, including interest thereon, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the
<br />said party of the second port, its successors and assigns forever, subject
<br />only to the provisions of said INDENTURE OF "ORTGAGE therein contained.
<br />
<br />And the party of the first part does hereby make, constitute and appoint the
<br />said party of the second part, its true and lawful attorney, irrevocable, in
<br />its nBme, or otherwise, but at their own proper costs Bnd Charges, to have,
<br />use, and take all lawful ways and means lor the recovery of the said money and
<br />interest, and, in case of payment, to discharge the same as the part of the
<br />first part might, or could do, if these presents were not made.
