<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Mortgage, Inc. B
<br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar and
<br />other valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by Colonial Central Savings
<br />Bank, FSB, a Corporation, the party of the second part, at or before the
<br />ensealing and delivery of these presents, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transf~rred, and eet
<br />over, and, by these presents, does grant, bargain, sell, assign, tranSf&T,
<br />transferred, and set over, unto the said party of the second part, its
<br />successors Bnd assigns, a certain INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE, Bearing date
<br />of March 30, 19 87 , as document number 87-101718 in the offices
<br />of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and made by Timothy D. Schroeder and Teri L. Schroeder, husband and wife,
<br />to, or currently assigned to, Superior Mortgage, Inc. and all its_right, title
<br />and interest to the premises therein described, as follows, to-wit:

<br />Lot Eight (8), in Block Eighty-five (85), Wheeler and Bennett's Fourth Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />Together with the note therein described, and the money due or to become due
<br />thereunder, including interest thereon, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the
<br />said party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever, subject
<br />only to the provisions of said INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE therein contained.
<br />
<br />And the party of the first part does hereby make. constitute and appoint the
<br />said party of the second part, its true and lawful attorney, iTrevocabl~, in
<br />its name, or otherwise, but at their own proper costs and charges, to have,
<br />use, and take all lawful ways and Means for the recovery of the said Money and
<br />interest, and, in CBse of pay.ent, to discharge the sa.e as the part of the
<br />first part might, or could do, if thRse presents were not ..de.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Superior "ortgage, Inc. a corporation of the State of
<br />Nebraska has caused this AssignMent of Mortgage to be executed by its Vice
<br />President and attested by its Aast. Secretary and its Corporate Seal to be
<br />hereunto affixed the 29th day of October in the year 1987 .
