<br />KNOW ALL HEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Hortgage, Inc. a
<br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar and
<br />other valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by Colonial Central Savings
<br />Bank, FSB, a Corporation, the party of th~ second part, at or before the
<br />ensealing and delivery of these presents, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred, and set
<br />over, and, by these presents, does grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer,
<br />transferred, and set over, unto the said party of the second part, its
<br />successors and assigns, a c.rtain INDENTURE OF HORTGAGE, Bearing date
<br />of April 29 1987 as 87-102460 in the offices
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />and made by Scott U. Jansen, a single person and Teresa A. Roepker, a single person
<br />to, or currently assigned to, Superior Mortgagee Inc. and all its right, title
<br />and interest to the premises therein described, as follows, to-wit:

<br />Lot Seven (7), in Capital Heights Fifth Subdivision, being a part of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (swi) of Section 2, Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />SAid Mortgage initially made to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of
<br />Lincoln and assigned to Superior Mortgage, Inc. by an Assignment of Mortgage
<br />dated 7 May 1987 and filed in 87-103509 on 15 June 1987 in the records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />Together with the note therein described, and the money due or to become due
<br />thereunder, including interest thereon, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same untb the
<br />said party of the second pert, its successors and assigns forever, subject
<br />only to the p~ovisions of said INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE therein contained.
<br />
<br />And the party of the first part do~s hereby make, constitute and appoint the
<br />said party of the second part, its true and lawful attorney, irrevocahl@, in
<br />its name, or otherwise, but at their own proper costs and charges, to have,
<br />use, and take all lawful ways and means for the recovery of the said money and
<br />inter~st, and, in case of pay.~nt, to discharge the same as the part of the
<br />first part might, or cuuld do, if th~se presents were not made.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Superior Hortgage, Inc. a corporation of the State of
<br />Nebraska has caused this Assignment of Mortgage to be executed by its Vice
<br />President &dd attested by its Asst. Secretary and its Corporate Seal to be
<br />hereunto affixed the 30 day of October in the year 19 87'
