r 88- :1'01812 NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE NOTICE is hereby given by Theodore L. Hansen and Lavonne N. Fletcher Hansen" as Sellers, and Richard A. Necker, as Buyer, that the following described real property has been sold under a written installment sale contract dated the ~ day of January, 1988. The property sold under said Contract is described as follows, to-wit: Southerly Five ( 5) , to 'West Nebraska, Forty Two and Four Tenths (42.4) Feet of Lot in Block Twenty Two (22), in College Addition Lawn, City of Grand Island, Hall County, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, and all other personal property located on the real estate. The Sellers have executed, acknowledged, and delivered a deed conveying the real estate herein, which deed is held in escrow by the escrow agent, Grand Island Abstract, Escrow & Title Co. pursuant to the sale contract, which provides that the Sellers retain a first lien on the real property to secure fulfillment of the contract terms by the Buyer. The Buyer is entitled to posses~ion of the real estate from and after the 1 day of January 198f. Further information as to the terms and conditions of said installment sale contract would be available to persons with legitimate inquiry from either the Buyer, Sellers, or the escrow agent.
