<br />of America, A New Jersey Corporation, filed a Petition in
<br />Foreclosure in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />against FirsTier Bank Nebraska, N.A., of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />as Personal Representative for the Estate of Charles Ernest
<br />Mettenbrink, Deceased; Robert L. Mettenbrink; The United States
<br />of America, acting through the Internal Revenue Service; Robert
<br />L. Mettenbrink, Trustee of the C. and C.E. Foundation Trust; May
<br />L. Mettenbrink; May L. Mettenbrink as Trustee of the C. and C.
<br />E. Foundation Trust; and John Doe and _____ Doe, his wife, real
<br />and true names unknown, Defendants, and each of them, the object
<br />and prayer of which is to foreclose a certain Mortgage in the
<br />original amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) at the
<br />rate of five and one half per cent (5 1/2%) per annum on the
<br />following described real estate:

<br />The East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1/2 SW1/4)
<br />of Section Sixteen (16) ,. Township Twelve (12) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian;
<br />
<br />INCLUDING all irrigation rights, wells, pumps,
<br />equipment and accessories thereto;
<br />
<br />CONTAINING 80 Acres, more or less HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />given by Defendant Robert L. Mettenbrink, and his deceased
<br />parents, Charles E. Mettenbrink and Lena Mettenbrink, and
<br />executed on the 4th day of June, 1965, to the Plaintiff, and
<br />that said Mortgage was duly filed for record in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on the 14th day
<br />of June, 1965 at 2:51 p.m. in Book 137, Page 451.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is due as of December 30, 1987,
<br />the sum of Thirteen Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Nine Dollars
<br />and Sixty-Three Cents ($13,489.63), on said Mortgage and Note it
<br />was given to secure, and it prays for the sale of the real
<br />estate above-described to satisfy the amount found due on its
<br />Mortgage, plus interest, attorney's fees and costs.
