Mettenbrink; The United States <br />of America, acting through the Internal Revenue Service; Robert <br />L. Mettenbrink, Trustee of the C. and C.E. Foundation Trust; May <br />L. Mettenbrink; May L. Mettenbrink as Trustee of the C. and C. <br />E. Foundation Trust; and John Doe and _____ Doe, his wife, real <br />and true names unknown, Defendants, and each of them, the object <br />and prayer of which is to foreclose a certain Mortgage in the <br />original amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) at the <br />rate of five and one half per cent (5 1/2%) per annum on the <br />following described real estate: <br /> <br />The East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1/2 SW1/4) <br />of Section Sixteen (16) ,. Mettenbrink, and his deceased <br />parents, Charles E.
