The Second promissory Note, as amended, and <br />Third Promissory Note are secured by the Deed of Trust, Lower <br />Level Trust Deed and Parking Lot Trust Deed which contain provi- <br />sions for among other things, the acceleration of the Maturity <br />Date of the Second Promissory Note, as amended and the Third <br />Promissory Note upon the happening of certain stated events. <br /> <br /> <br />15. Other Terms. It is the agreement and intention of the <br />Borrower and Lender that, except as modified in this Agreement, <br />all the terms and conditions of the Loan Documents, as amended <br />and redefined herein, shall remain unchanged and in full force <br />and effect. The parties further agree and intend that the Deed <br />of Trust, Lm'ler Level Trust Deed and Parking Lot Trust Deed <br />securing said Loan Documents as amended and redefined. herein are <br />intended to and shall remain in full force and effect as if the <br />terms of this Agreement were originally incorporated in the Deed <br />of Trust, Lower Level Trust Deed and Parking Lot Trust Deed.
