Luebs, Vice President and representative of Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated June 15th, 1983 executed by George and MarionTSone, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 83-003074, and WHEREAS, the undersigned has r-ecei ved from the Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey reciting that the obligation secuced by such Deed of Trust has been satisfied and requesting the undersigned Trustee to reconvey the trust property to the person or persons entitled thereto; NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust and the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, wi thout warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee thereunder in and to the following described real propecty: Lot 22, Addition Nebraska. Block 4, in to the Ci ty Replat of of Grand Riverside Acres, an Island, Hall County, IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand Island, Nebraska, on March 14, 1988.
