TECH, and ) DEAN LUCAS, Trustees and Hembers ) of the Village Board of Alda, ) ) Defendants.) ) ) Now on this a.. .:z1f'- day of November, 1978, this matter came on to be heard on the Petition of the plaintiffs to detach territory from the Village of Alda, and plaintiffs grant to the Village of Alda, an eas~ncnt for the purpose of extending fire and police protection from tile Village of Alda, and installing and maintaining underground utilities of electric cable, sewer lines and water lines with the right to enter and maintain such utility services. The Court finds that the plaintiffs and defendants have stipulated and agreed to the detachment and that the plaintiffs shall have the following described real estate detached from the Village of Alda, to-wit: -' / Tract #1: A part of Section Five (5), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) "lest of the 6th P. H., lIall County, Nebraska, more particularly de1icribed as follows: L Conunencing at a point lJhere th(: south line of Lunar Avenue intersects the West line of Saturn Street, thence running East on the South line of Lunar Avenue 80 feet to the point of beginning, thence rl,1nning along and upon the southerly line of Lunar Avenue Easterly a distance of 1383.24 feet to a point where Lunar Avenue runs South, thence running at right angles and running South aloni and upon the West line of Lunar Avenue 602.92 feet to a point where said West line of Lunar Avenue intersects the North line of Argo Second Subdivision, thence running east a distance of 60 feet to a point \1here the East line of Lunar Avenue intersects Argo Second Subdivision, thence running north along and upon the east line of Lunar Avenue, it being 60 feet parallel to the west line of Lunar Avenue a distance of 655.00 feet, thence turning left 81055'30" and running along and upon the north line of Lunar Avenue a ~ ,..--- , ".
