<br />88-101145 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />FINANCING STATEMENT <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />That Robert D. Kutz and Marla M. Kutz, husband and wife, of Grand <br /> <br />Island, Nebraska, Hall County, Nebraska, Debtors, for the purpose of <br /> <br />securing the payment of $7,000.00 and 'interest at 11% per annum, <br /> <br />computed upon the unpaid principal balance according to a bond described <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Dated the 3rd day of March ,1988, in the original amount <br />of $7,000.00 bearing interest at 11 % per annum, computed upon <br />the unpaid principal balance, and payable in equal monthly install- <br />ments of $200.75 per month, which will apply first upon interest <br />and the balance in reduction of the principal, the first such <br />monthly installment payment payable on the twenty fifth day of <br />. -March, 1988. <br /> <br />which. bond was given the Home Federal Savings and Loan Association <br /> <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, the debtors do hereby grant, mortgage and <br /> <br />assign unto said party the residence house, being an improvement upon <br /> <br /> <br />a leasehold and all appurtenances thereto, said residence house being <br /> <br />situated upon the Lot Ten (10), having a lake front footage of 54 feet, <br /> <br />situated on the West Side of the West portion of Kuester Lake and being <br /> <br />on a part of the E~9.iJk in Section 13, Township 11, Range 9, in Hall <br /> <br />County, Nebraska, bounded on the Northwesterly side by a common road: <br /> <br />Such lot is as shown on a plat in the possession of the Lessor, including <br /> <br />any accessions, accessories, parts and equipment now or hereafter affixed <br /> <br />thereto. <br />The debtors warrant the above described property is free and clear <br /> <br />of all liens and encumbrances; that they will pay all personal taxes <br /> <br />before the same become delinquent; that they will maintain and pay <br /> <br />the premiums for fire and extended coverage insurance on said property <br /> <br />in an amount not less than the unpaid balance of the indebtedness. <br /> <br />that if they fail to pay any such taxes or premiums, that the secured <br /> <br />party may pay the same and any such payments by the secured party shall <br /> <br />be apart of this indebtedness, payment of which shall be secured by <br /> <br />this financing statement and interest thereon shall accrue at the rate <br /> <br />of interest provided in the bond of even date herewith, payment of <br /> <br />which this financing statement secures. <br /> <br />It is hereby agreed that if default be made in the payment of <br /> <br />said bond or any part thereof when due, or if debtors fail to pay said <br />
