<br />88-101127 <br /> <br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />STAHLA MOBILE HOMES, INC., herein called the Grantor, for <br />and in consideration of cancellation of personal liability owing <br />from Grantor to Grantee, ~oes grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, herein called the Grantee, the following-described real <br />estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the <br />Southwest Quarter (SW!) of Section Twenty-Six <br />(26), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten <br />(10) West of the 6th P.l-I., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as <br />follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner <br />of said Southwest Quarter (Sl'll); thence <br />running Southerly along the West line of said <br />Southwest Quarter (SI-l1) a distance of six <br />Hundred Twenty-Four and Ninety-Three Hundredths <br />(624.93) feet to a point on the Northerly <br />right-of-way line of the Union Pacific <br />Railroad Company; thence running Northeasterly <br />along said right-of-way line a distance of <br />One Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Six and <br />Forty-Three Hundredths (1,196.43) feet to the <br />point on the North line of Southwest Quarter <br />(Sl-H); thence running Westerly along the <br />Nortl' line of said Southwest Quarter (Sl'll) a <br />distance of One Thousand T\o:enty-One and <br />Thirty-Two Hundredths (1,021.32) feet to the <br />point of beginning and containing 7.338 acres <br />more or less; <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors and <br />assigns forever.
