The City hereby waives the immediate con- <br />struction of any and all sidewalks adjacent to said subdivision <br />and within said subdivis~on. However, the Subdivider agrees that <br />any and all sidewalks will be constructed by the lot owners <br />within six months after a directive from the Grand Island City <br />Council. <br />5. Landscaping. Mid-Nebraska Truck and Trailer Sales, <br />Inc., agrees to landscape the westerly 50 feet of Lot 1 within <br />two years of issuance of the occupancy permit for the principal <br />structure and properly maintain such thereafter and abide by <br />other provisions as required by Section 36-22A of the Grand <br />Island Zoning Ordinance, and further, to install similar land- <br />scaping along the northerly 50 feet of Lot 1 within two years of <br />the dedication and improvement of a road abutting the north side <br />of Lot 1. <br />6. Warranty. The undersigned owner, as Subdivider, <br />warrants that it is the owner in fee simple of the land des- <br />cribed and proposed to be known as PLATTE VALLEY INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />SUBDIVISION, and that an abstract of title will be submitted for <br />examination, if necessary, upon request of the City of Grand <br />Island. <br />7. This agreement shall run with the land and shall be <br />binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, <br />their successors, assigns, heirs, devisees, and legatees.
