<br />the land which the undersigned own or in which the undersigned have any interest in

<br />Township of Prairie Creek , County of Hall , and State of Nebraska
<br />together with the following rights. Of ingreoo and egreos to, from, and along land. adjacent to said strip for the purpose
<br />ot constructing ftnd mftintaining communication oy.tem. within aald .trip: to place .urfftce markers beyond said strip: to
<br />clear and keep oleftred all ~re.s, root., bru.h and o~her ob8tructlone trom ~h8 surtace and subsurtace ot said strip and
<br />during construction to cut all trees within ten teet thereot; and to install gates in any fences crossing said strip.

<br />The Northerly boundary of said 16.5 feet strip shall be a line parallel to
<br />and 5 feet North of the first cable or lightguide laid, which cable or
<br />liQhtguide shall have its location indicated upon the surface markers Bet at intervals on the land of the unders1gned or on
<br />adjacent lende. The undersigned tor themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, hereby co'\renant that no structure
<br />shall be erected or permitted on said strip. The grantees agree that the said cables or lightguides shall be burled below
<br />plow depth in order not to interfere with the ordinary cultivation of the strip, and to pay for damages to fences and
<br />growing crops arising from the construction and maint~nance ot the aforesaid systems
<br />
