<br />and, WHEREAS, said note is secured by a mortgage/deed of trust 011 real estate owned by
<br />Goodwin Construction Co., Inc. , and legally described as follows:

<br />WHEREAS, said borrower has requested an extension of time of payment until December 8 ,
<br />19...8JL, and has agreed to pay interest at the rate of 11.00 % per annum on the unpaid balance
<br />and said Bank has consented to so extend the time of payment:

<br />NOW, THEREFORE IT IS AGREED by and between the parties that the above-described mortgage/
<br />deed of trust and original promissory note shall be modified to provide for payment to be as

<br />Interest to be p~id monthly commencing January 8, 1988, with a final payment of
<br />principal plus accrued interest due and payable on December 8, 1988.

<br />IT IS FURTHER AGREED by and between the parties hereto that all of the terms and conditions
<br />of the mortgage/deed of trust and promissory note above-referenced to as extended and amended
<br />shall continue in full force and effect except as herein modified.
