AFFIDAVIT AS TO JOINT TENANT OWNER STATE OF NEBRASKA, COUNTY OF HALL: SSe 88- 101058 ,- Under other, I declare: 1. I am the widow of Clemmens H. Goehring \'/ho died on February 14i 1988. 2. At the time of his death, Clemmens H. Goehring and I, as joint tenants, owned the following described real estate located in Hall County, Nebraska: Lot Four (4) in Block One (1) of George Loan I s Subdi vision of the south part of the West hal f of the northwest quarter of Sect ion Ten (10), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., as surveyed, platted and recorded. 3. The Deed by \1hich Clemmens H. Goehring and I took ti tIe to the above described real estate as joint tenants, filed of record on October 1, 1945, recorded in Book 90 at Page 197, shows the name of Clemmens H. Goehring as "Clement Goehring" but the true and correct name of the person taking title with me as joint tenants was Clemmens H. Goehring. 4. All of the property, both real estate and personal property in which my husband, Clemmens H. Goehring, had an interest, at his death, was owned by him and me as joint tenants and not as tenants in common. 5. The total fair market value of all of the joint tenancy property owned by Clemmens H. Goehring and me, as joint tenants, at the time of his death, was less than the sum of $600,000.00, and no Form 706 (United States Estate Tax Return) has been or will be filed with the Internal Revenue Service because no United States Estate Tax can be or was assessed as a result of the death of Clemmens H. Goehring. 6. Since all of the property owned by Clemmens H. Goehring was owned by him with me as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, Clemmens H. Goehring had no liability for a Nebraska Estate Tax nor is there any liability because of his death for any Nebraska Inheritance Tax. 7. All of the property passing to me as surV1 v1ng joint tenant by virtue of the death of Clemmens H.
