<br />said mortgage/deed of trust being dated November l 19~, and recorded 67-100010
<br />in the Mortgage Records in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and

<br />WHEREAS, said borrower has requested an extension of time of payment until December 26 ,
<br />1988 , and has agreed to pay interest at the rate of 13.00 % per annum on the unpaid balance
<br />an~aid Bank has consented to so extend the time of payment:

<br />NOW, THEREFORE IT IS AGREED by and between the parties that the above-described mortgage/
<br />deed of trust and original promissory note shall be modified to provide for payment to be as

<br />Principal due and payable on December 26, 1988. Interest to be paid semi-annually
<br />commencing June 26, 1988, with a final interest payment due on December 26, 1988.

<br />IT IS FURTHER AGREED by and between the parties hereto that all of the terms and conditions
<br />of the mortgage/deed of trust and promissory note above-referenced to as extended and amended
<br />shall continue in full force and effect except as herein modified.
