Gay, a single woman, and Larry E. Gay <br />and Nyla M. Gay, husband and wife, Trustor, to Eileen B. Ivers, <br />Trustee, for the benefit of Robert J. Woestman and Jeannie <br />Woestman, husband and wife, the Beneficiary named herein, dated <br />November 2, 1984, and recorded November 29, 1984, in the Office <br />of the Regj.ster of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document <br />No. 84-006256, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested <br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and <br />delivered; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in <br />accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, <br />the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled <br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by <br />or through said Trust Deed in the following-described premises <br />but only as to such premises: <br />9JrJ <br />The West Half (wt) of the North Half (Ni) of Block <br />Thirteen (13), in Pleasant Home Subdivision, a part of <br />the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (EtSEi) of <br />Section Twenty-one (21), in Township Eleven (11), <br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.
