<br />I <br /> <br />88-101003 <br /> <br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS <br /> <br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the <br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Goldome Realty <br />Credit Corp., is Plaintiff, and Douglas Wales and Belinda Wales, <br />Husband and Wife, and Clyde W. Mottin. also known as Clyde <br />Mottin, and Virginia L. Mottin, also known as Virginia Mottin, et <br />al.. are Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to obtain <br />an accounting from the Defendants of the amount due the Plaintiff <br />on a certain Mortgage executed by Clyde W. Mottin and Virginia <br />L. Mottin, to Superior Mortgage, Inc., dated March 28, 1983, and <br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on March 28, 1983, as Document No. 83-001461, which <br />Mortgage was assigned to Bankers' Funding Corp. on February 12, <br />1968, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on February 16, 1988, as Document No. 88- <br />100751, and said Mortgage was subsequently assigned to Goldome <br />Realty Credit Corp., on Febr"uary 16, 1988, and recorded on <br />February 29, 1988, as Document No. 88-100963, and the following- <br />described property was conveyed to Douglas Wales and Belinda <br />Wales on March 15, 1985. by Survivorship Warranty Deed recorded <br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />on March 18, 1985. as Document No. 85-001266. In the above- <br />described Mortgage, Clyde W. Mottin, also known as Clyde Mottin, <br />and Virginia L. Mottin, also known as Virginia Mottin, conveyed <br />to Plaintiff, the following described real estate in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />Lot FO\lrteen (14), Kallas Subdivision, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />and Plaintiff's Petition further prays for a foreclosure of the <br />Mortgage and to have the same declared a lien on the interest of <br />Douglas Wales and Belinda Wales, husband and wife, and Clyde W. <br />Mottin, also known as Clyde Mottin, and Virginia L.
