Lilly May Upperman was her first cousin, once removed. 2. She knows of her own knowledge that Lilly May Upperman was also known during her lifetime as Lillie Mae Upperman and as Lillie May Upperman, and that notwithstanding the discrepancy in the spelling of her name, Lilly May Upperman, Lillie Mae Upperman and Lillie May Upperman were one and the same person. 3. Lilly May Upperman, a/k/a Lillie Mae Upperman, a/k/a Lillie May Upperman, was the owner of the following-described real estate: The South Half of the Northwest Quarter (stNWi) and the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SEiswi) and the North Half of the Southwest Quarter (NjSWi) of Section Thirty-Six (36), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom two tracts of land conveyed to Hall County, Nebraska, by Document Nos. 79- 008257 and 79-008258, for road purposes, containing 199.76 acres.
