<br />HA-38-355 <br />HA-3C-361 <br /> <br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREE~lliNT <br />Right-of-Way Easement <br /> <br />88-a 100986 <br /> <br />I' KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />This Agreement is made and entered into this 13th day of January, 1988, by and between Nebraska Public <br />Power District, a public corporl!tioIl and political subdivision of the Stateof Nebraska, and the undersigned <br />grantor(s), being the original grantor(s) or the slIccessor(s) in interest to the original grantor(s) of a <br />transmission line right-of-way easement granted to Nebraska Public Power District, its successors and assigns, which <br />easement is on file and recorded on microfilm, :ocument No. 84-001943 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall <br />County Courthouse, Grand Island, Nebraska. <br /> <br />Whereas, in the maintenance and operation of the existing electrical transmission line over and along said <br />right-of-way easement Nebraska Public Power District desires to relocate and/or place an additional structure(s) in <br />the existing transmission line on said right-of-way easement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of 550 00 , receipt of which is hereby acltnowledged, being full <br />payment for all damages to grantor(s) or successor(s) resulting from the relocation and/or placement of additional <br />structure(s) pursuant to the grant hereof (including any reconstruction d~ages), the undersigned grantor(s) hereby <br />grant(s) and convey(s) unto Nebraska Public Power District, its successors and assigns, the permanent right, title, <br />and interest to relocate and/or place an additional structure(s) b the existing transmission line on said <br />right-of-way easement across the following described property: <br /> <br />A parcel of land located in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE~ NE~) of Section Thirty-One <br />(31), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, said parcel of <br />land is described as follows: A parcel of land 50 ft. in width located along and parallel to the souther~y <br />boundary of the Burlington Northern Railroad Company right-of-way line. ~ <br /> <br />subject to the same terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in said original right-of-way easement unless <br />otherwise expressly provided herein. <br /> <br />The existing one (1) pole and one (1) anchor located along the existing centerline of the electric transmission line <br />described as follows: Entering the property on the south right-of-way line of Burlington Northern Railroad Company <br />1 ft. west of the west right-of-way of a road along the east line of said Section; thence southerly leaving the <br />property on the south line of said parcel of land 1 ft. west of the west right-of-way line of said road. <br /> <br />Said anchor is to be removed and said pole is to remain in place along the relocated centerline of the electric <br />transmission line and is described as follows: Entering the property on the south right-of-way line of Burlington <br />Northern Railroad Company 1 ft. west of the west right-of-way line of a road along the east line of said Section; <br />thence southerly leaving the property on the south line of said parcel of land 5 ft. west of the west right-of-way <br />line of said road. <br /> <br />SIGNATURE <br /> <br />SIGNATURE <br /> <br />CO~NSOLID TED BLENDE~RS INC. <br /> <br />R~ -~ --' -,",,-- <br />nnet Morr1son, C a1rman <br />of the Hoard of Direc.tors <br /> <br />, <br />il <br /> <br />I <br />i.-..~......~.:;... <br />:~~~ <br />..-:t::: <br />}~ <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF ADAMS <br /> <br />ss. <br /> <br />On this <br /> <br />13th day of <br /> <br />January <br /> <br />19~, before me the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for said County <br /> <br />and State, personally appeared <br /> <br />Kenneth Morrison.
