HA-38-355 HA-3C-361 SUPPLEMENTAL AGREE~lliNT Right-of-Way Easement 88-a 100986 I' KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This Agreement is made and entered into this 13th day of January, 1988, by and between Nebraska Public Power District, a public corporl!tioIl and political subdivision of the Stateof Nebraska, and the undersigned grantor(s), being the original grantor(s) or the slIccessor(s) in interest to the original grantor(s) of a transmission line right-of-way easement granted to Nebraska Public Power District, its successors and assigns, which easement is on file and recorded on microfilm, :ocument No. 84-001943 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island, Nebraska. Whereas, in the maintenance and operation of the existing electrical transmission line over and along said right-of-way easement Nebraska Public Power District desires to relocate and/or place an additional structure(s) in the existing transmission line on said right-of-way easement; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of 550 00 , receipt of which is hereby acltnowledged, being full payment for all damages to grantor(s) or successor(s) resulting from the relocation and/or placement of additional structure(s) pursuant to the grant hereof (including any reconstruction d~ages), the undersigned grantor(s) hereby grant(s) and convey(s) unto Nebraska Public Power District, its successors and assigns, the permanent right, title, and interest to relocate and/or place an additional structure(s) b the existing transmission line on said right-of-way easement across the following described property: A parcel of land located in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE~ NE~) of Section Thirty-One (31), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, said parcel of land is described as follows: A parcel of land 50 ft. in width located along and parallel to the souther~y boundary of the Burlington Northern Railroad Company right-of-way line. ~ subject to the same terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in said original right-of-way easement unless otherwise expressly provided herein. The existing one (1) pole and one (1) anchor located along the existing centerline of the electric transmission line described as follows: Entering the property on the south right-of-way line of Burlington Northern Railroad Company 1 ft. west of the west right-of-way of a road along the east line of said Section; thence southerly leaving the property on the south line of said parcel of land 1 ft. west of the west right-of-way line of said road. Said anchor is to be removed and said pole is to remain in place along the relocated centerline of the electric transmission line and is described as follows: Entering the property on the south right-of-way line of Burlington Northern Railroad Company 1 ft. west of the west right-of-way line of a road along the east line of said Section; thence southerly leaving the property on the south line of said parcel of land 5 ft. west of the west right-of-way line of said road.
