<br />of-way to construct, operate, maintain, Inspect, repair, remove, alter, relocate and reconstruct ita electric transmission lines, including all necessary poles,
<br />wiree, guYI and other equipment used in connection therewith, along a route described herein. The centerline of the electric transmission line, ehall beetltablished
<br />by the actual location of the electric transmission line BB originally constructed on said premises. The approximate location and rout.e of the subject lranlmillion
<br />line is described BB follows:

<br />Three (3) poles and one (1) anchor placed along the centerline of the electric transmission line to be located
<br />over under, upon, and across a portion of a parcel of land located in the NE~ of the NE~ of Section 31,
<br />Town~hip 12 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebras~a. Said parcel of land is recorded in
<br />Deed on microfilm, Document No. 80-001495 of the Hall County Register of Deeds Office. Said electric
<br />transmission line is shown on a plat identified as Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein.

<br />The District shall, wherever reasonably ["'saible, utilize public n,ht-of-way to survey, construct, maintain, inspect, remove, alter, relocate or reconatnlct the
<br />District's electric transmission lines or any lUI80Ciated equipment.
<br />The district shall alao have the right at any time to trim or remove such treee and underbr.uh as may in any wayendangerorinterferewith the eaf'eoonatruction,
<br />operation, maintenance, alteration or reconatnlction of ita transmission Iinee and equipment uaai in oonnection therewith, bcluding but not limited to topping
<br />or removing any treee which in falling would oome within fifteen (15) feet of the neerest electric line conductor. All refuse from such tree cutting or timmL... shall
<br />be burned or removed by the Dietrict, and the Dietrict shall have the right to control by chemicale all weeds, treee, and brush along, adjacent to and under the
<br />electric transmission line if lIlIid right of way is not being utilized for cultivated cnlpL

<br />90 daye of IUch occurrence; otherwiee, it ia agreed that said claim for ~ shall have been waived.
