Wolf, Trustee; Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A., formerly First Savings Company, Grand Island, Nebraska, Beneficiary; and John W. Doescher and Julie A. Doescher, husband and wife of each other, Trustor. WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable consideration, did ~xecute a Trust Deed, which was filed on March 18, 1982, recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Hall, and identified as Document No. 82-001049, convey to Trustee, his suc- cessors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to-wit: Lot Five (5) Block Four (4) Westerhoff's Sec- ond Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore men- tioned and described be now released to said Trustor.
