The trustor is JOHN W. DOESCHER AND JULIE A. DOESCHER, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />("Borrower"). The trustee is AREND R. BAACK, <br />ATTORNEY AT LAW ("Trustee"). The beneficiary is <br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, which is organized and existing <br />under the laws of NEBRASKA , and whose address is 221 SOUTH LOCUST, <br />P. O. BOX 1009, GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA 68802 ("Lender"). <br />Borrower owes Lender the principal sum of SIXTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY AND 75/100 ______ <br />-------------------------- Dollars (U.S. $ 16,150.75 ).
