Frost who died on the 27th day of April, 1986. The Decedent's estate was commenced in Hall County, Nebraska, but inheritance tax was not determined. This Affiant is the spouse of the Decedent and was the recipient of jointly owned property which was in the name of the Decedent and this Affiant. Included therein was the following described real estate: The Northerly 44 Feet of Lots Six (6) and Seven (7), in Block Eighty-eight (88) of Wheeler & Bennett's Fourth Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. All such jointly owned property passing to this Affiant, the sur- viving spouse of the Decedent, is exempt from Nebraska Inheritance Tax. The total value of assets subject to consideration for Federal Estate Tax purposes does not approach nor exceed $600,000. No Federal Estate Tax Return need be filed and there is no Federal Estate Tax, Nebraska Estate Tax, nor Nebraska Inheritance Tax owing by the estate of the Decedent, nor by any beneficiary nor surviving joint tenant of hers.
