<br />This Mortgage is entered into between KROLIKOWSKI BROTHERS. INC..
<br />A NEBRASKA CORPORATION herein mortgagor) and ~ State Bank of cmm, A
<br />Nebraska BankinJl Corporation (herein mortgagee).

<br />Mortgagor is indebted to Mortgagee in the principal sum pt
<br />$46.000.00\ evidenced by Mortgagor's note dated February'ZJf , 1988
<br />(herein Note) providing for payments of principal and interest, with
<br />the balanc.e of the indebtedness, if not sooner paid, due and payable on
<br />December /5,~ .

<br />To secure the payment of the Note, with interest as provided
<br />therein, the
<br />payment of all other sums, with interest advanced by Mortgagee to
<br />protect the security of this Mortgage, and the performance of the
<br />convenants and agreements of the Mortgagor contained herein, Mortgagor
<br />does hereby mortgage and convey to Mortgagee the following property
<br />located in IIDJ! County, Nebraska.

<br />6th P.M., excepting a certa,in tract recorded in Deed
<br />Records, Book 78, Page 273; and excepting a tract in
<br />condemnation recorded in Book 3, Page 341, and return of
<br />apprmiDers recorded in Book 3, Page 577; and

<br />(NEl/4NEl/4) of Section 31; Township 11 North, Range 10,
<br />West of the dth P.M., excepting a one acre tract

<br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NEl/4NWl/4) of Section 32, Township 11, North, Range
<br />10, West of the 6th P.M.; and

<br />The South8118t Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(SEl/4SEl/4) of Section 36, Township 11 North, Range 11,
<br />West of the 6th P.M., all in Hall County Nebraska; and

<br />including all irrigation rights, weDs, pumps irrigation
<br />equipment and accessories thereto

<br />Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, streets,
<br />alleys, passageways, easements, rights, privileges and appurtenances
<br />located thereon or in any way pertaining thereto, and the rents, issues
<br />and profits, reversions and remainders thereof, all of which, including
<br />replacements and additions thereto, is hereby declared to be a part of
<br />the real estate secured by the lien of this Mortgage and all of the
<br />foregoing being referred to herein as the "Property".

<br />MOJ(tgagor further convenants and agrees with Mortgagee, as
<br />follows:
<br />
<br />1. Payment. To pay the indebtedness and the interest thereon as
<br />provided in this Mortgage and the Note.
<br />
<br />2. Mortgagor is the owner of the Property, has the right and
<br />authority to mortgage the Property, and warrants that the lien created
<br />hereby is a first and prior lien on the Property.
<br />
<br />3. To pay when due all taxes, special assessments and all other
<br />charges against the Property and, upon written demand by Mortgagee, to
<br />add to the paYDlent required under the Note secured hereby, such amount
<br />as may be sufficient to enable the Mortgagee to pay such taxes,assessments or other oharlles 88 they become due.
