The Farmers Nationa1 Bank of r.pn~ral City ,Trustee, and The Farmers ~ational Bank of Central City \Lender, covering the following described property: The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW1/4NE1/4) and the North Half of the Northwest Quarter(Nl/2NW1/4) of Section Thirty-Five (35), in Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) weGt of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, hereby acknowledge that Trustor understands that (a) the Nebraska Trust Deed to be executed by Trustor is a trust deed and not a mortgage and (b) the power of sale provided for in the Trust Deed provides substantially different rights snd obligations to the Trustor than a mortgage in the event of a default ur bresch of obligation.
