<br />
<br />1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its
<br />City Council on November 23, 1987, enacted Ordinance No. 7427
<br />which directed the conveyance of the real estate described below
<br />and the manner and terms thereof.
<br />
<br />2. Ordinance No. 7427 was published in the Grand Island
<br />Daily Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and
<br />the terms thereof was publiShed in the Grand Island Daily
<br />Independent, a newspaper published in and of general circulation
<br />in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for three consecutive
<br />weeks, on December 1, December 7, and December 14, 1987, all as
<br />required by section 16-202, R.R.S. 1943, as amended.
<br />
<br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the
<br />City Council of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />within thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance
<br />No. 7427.
<br />
<br />4. section S of Ordinance No. 7427 provides that if no
<br />remonstrance is filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City
<br />Clerk-Finance Director shall make, execute, and deliver to
<br />RICHARD F. DeMAY and JESSICA S. DeMAY a deed for said real
<br />estate, and the execution of such deed is hereby authorized
<br />without further action on behalf of the City Council.

<br />5. NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a
<br />municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in
<br />consideration of Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars
<br />($14,250.00) received from the Grantees, does hereby grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto
<br />
<br />RICHARD F. DeMAY and JESSICA S. DeMAY,
<br />
<br />husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship,
<br />the following described real estate:
<br />
<br />Lot Three (3), Regency By The Green Subdivision in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises, together
<br />with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto
