<br />PATRICK F. DOWD and SUZANNE M. DOWD, Husband and Wife, as
<br />joint tenants and each in their own right, herein called the
<br />Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of the correction
<br />of the Warranty Deed between PATRICK F. DOWD and SUZ~~E M. DOWD,
<br />Husband and Wife, as joint tenants, and DREISBACH'S, INC., A
<br />Nebraska Corporation, Grantee, dated July 27, 1981, and recorded
<br />as Instrument No. 81-003895 in the offices of the Register of
<br />Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby confirm unto
<br />DREISBACH'S STEAK HOUSE, INC., A Nebraska Corporation, the
<br />following described real estate, to wit:

<br />The Westerly Two Hundred Ninety-seven Feet (297') of
<br />Lot Thirteen (13) of Vantine's (also known as Vantine)
<br />Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. Except tract condemned by the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />
<br />A part of Lot Fourteen (14) of Vantine's (also known as
<br />Vantine) Subdivision of part of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NW\) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Eleven (ll)
<br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., more par-
<br />ticularly described as follows: Commencing at the
<br />Southeast corner of said Lot 14 of Vantine's Sub-
<br />division, and running Westerly along and upon the South
<br />line of said Lot 14, a distance of 135 feet to the
<br />actual point of beginning, thence Northerly parallel to
<br />the East line of said Lot 14 a distaDce of 66 feet,
<br />thence Westerly 135 feet more or less to the East line
<br />of Pine Street, thence Southerly along and upon the
<br />Easterly line of pine Street, a distance of 66 feet to
<br />the South line of said Lot 14, thence Easterly along

<br />6th P.M., more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 14 of
<br />Vantine's (also known as Vantine) Subdivision, thence
<br />running Westerly along and upon the southerly line of
<br />Lot 14, Vantine's Subdivision for a distance of 270
<br />feet to the Easterly line of Pine Street extended,
<br />thence running Southerly along and upon the Easterly
<br />line of pine Street extended a distance of 99 feet;
<br />thence running Easterly and parallel to the Southerly
<br />line of Lot 14, Vantine's subdivision a distance of 270
<br />feet, thence running Northerly parallel to the Easterly
<br />line of Pine Street extended a distance of 99 feet to
<br />the point of beginning, except that part thereof taken
<br />by the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as shown by
<br />Ordinance No. 1302 condemning property recorded in Book
<br />lip" at Page 574 of the Miscellaneous Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
