<br />James G. Rector and Kathryn Rector, his wife; Robert R. Rector,
<br />Jr. and Christine M. Rector, his wife; and Pamela J. Rector
<br />Buttner and Richard Buttner, her husband, GRANTORS, in con-

<br />from GRANTEE, Great Lakes Concrete, Inc., an Iowa corporation,
<br />conveys to GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as

<br />Grand Island, Hall county, Nebraska, excepting a tract of
<br />land conveyed to the State of Nebraska, Department of Roads,
<br />on May 10, 1984, filed of record in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on August 20,
<br />1984, as Document No. 84-004328, and excepting a tract conveyed
<br />as recorded as Doc. 79-005899 in such Records.
<br />GRANTORS covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with
<br />GP~NTEE that GP~NTOR5:

<br />(1) are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances except for covenants, restric-
<br />tions and easements of record;

<br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the
