<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />That, whereas a 11 of the indebtedness secured by the Deed
<br />of Trust dated Apri 1 22, 1977, and Fi rst Amendment to Deed of
<br />Trust dated April 30, 1982 (collectively, the "Deed of Trust"),
<br />executed by Hudson Oil Company, Inc., a Kansas corporation, to
<br />E. G. Alexander, as Trustee, for the benefit of The First
<br />National Bank and Trust Company of Oklahoma Ci ty, a national
<br />banking association ("First"), Continental Illinois National
<br />Bank and Trust Company of Chicago, Bank of Oklahoma, N. A. ,
<br />Commerce Bank of Kansas City, N.A., and United Missouri Bank of
<br />Kansas City, N.A" collectively referred to as the Beneficiary
<br />in the Deed of Trust, and recorded in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as follows:

<br />has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and del i vered, as
<br />confir.med by the endorsement below of First, for itself and as
<br />Agent Bank for the other banks named above;

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in
<br />accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to the Trustee by
<br />or through the Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />property:

<br />Island, Nebraska 68801, being more particularly described

<br />A rectangular tract of land located in the Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW 1/4 NE 1/4) of
<br />Section Twenty-six (26), in Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Ten (10), Hall County, Nebraska, having a
<br />frontage of one hundred fifty feet (150') along the
<br />North right-of-way line of U. S. Highway 30 with full
<br />access to said U.S. Highway 30, and having a depth of
<br />one hundred fifty feet (150') at right angles from
<br />said Highway 30 North right-of-way line and more
<br />particularly described as follows:

<br />in Book 76 at Page 23 of the Deed Records in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, commencing at a point where the East side of
<br />the tract described in said Deed intersects wi th the
<br />Norther ly right-of-way line of U. S. Highway 30,
<br />running thence Northwester ly and at right ang les to
<br />U.S. Highway 30 a distance of 150 feet; running thence
<br />Southwesterly and parallel with said Northerly
<br />right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 30 a distance of 150
<br />feet; running thence Southeasterly to the Northerly
<br />right-of-way 1 ine of U. S. Highway 30; running thence
<br />Northeasterly along and upon the northerly
<br />right-of-way line of said U.S. Highway 30 150 feet to
<br />a point of beginning.
