<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST ("Security Instrument") is made on February 9
<br />19 88. The trustor is Kenneth E. Kuehner, Sr., and Roberta F. Kuehner, Husband
<br />and Wife ------------------------ ("Borrower"). The trustee is Arend R. Baack, Attorney
<br />at Law --------------------------- ----------------------------- ("Trustee"). The beneficiary is
<br />Home Federal Savings and Loan Association , which is organized and existing
<br />under the laws of Nebraska , and whose address is 221 South Locust
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska ("Lender").
<br />Borrower owes Lender the principal sum of Fourteen Thousand, Eight Hundred Sixty Two and
<br />21/1 OO-----------------------Dollars (U.S. $ 14,862.21 ). This debt is evidenced by Borrower's note
<br />dated the same date as this Security Instrument ("Note"), which provides for monthly payments, with the full debt, if not

<br />This Security Instrument secures to Lender: (a) the repayment of the debt evidenced by the Note, with interest, and all
