<br />SHERIFF'S DEED
<br />
<br />This Sheriff's Deed is made on February 9th , 1988, between
<br />Emmett C. Arnett, Sheriff of Hall County, -Nebraska, GRANTOR, and
<br />Keith H. Robinson, Trustee of the Clarence J. McIntosh
<br />Testamentary Trust, GRANTEE.
<br />
<br />On October 19,1987, an Order Sustaining Motion for Summary
<br />Judgment, Decree of Foreclosure and Order of Sale was entered and
<br />filed in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, in Case No.
<br />92-149 entitled Keith H. Robinson, Trustee of the Clarence J.
<br />McIntosh Testamentary Trust, Plaintiff, vs. Allan Keck and
<br />Kimberly Keck, husband and wife, Defendants, foreclosing an
<br />Agreement for Sale of Real Estate between plaintiff and
<br />defendants upon which defendants were in default and directing
<br />that if the defendants failed for twenty (20) days from the entry
<br />of the Decree to pay the plaintiff the amounts due as set out in
<br />the Decree, the defendant's equity of redemption be foreclosed
<br />and the real estate sold and an Order of Sale issued to the
<br />Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, commanding him to sell the real
<br />estate described as follows:

<br />The North Half (N 1/2) of Lot Fourteen (14), and all of
<br />Lot Fifteen (15), in Block Six (6), in the Original
<br />Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />The defendants failed to pay the amount due the plaintiff as set
<br />out in the Decree and an Order of Sale was issued by the Clerk of
<br />the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, directed to the
<br />Grantor to sell the real estate at public auction in the manner
<br />provided by law.
<br />
<br />Grantor did, at 9 a.m. on December 24,1987, after due public
<br />notice had been given as required by the law of the State of
<br />Nebraska, duly sell at public auction in the lower lobby of the
<br />courthouse in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />a fter the sale had been open for one hour, the above described
<br />real estate. The real estate was sold to Keith H. Robinson,
<br />Trustee of the Clarence J. McIntosh Testamentary Trust, for the
<br />sum of TEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($10,500.00), being the
<br />highest bidder.
<br />
<br />Grantor then made a proper Return of Sale filed with the District
<br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska, in Case No. 92-149, Keith H.
<br />Robinson, Trustee of the Clarence J. McIntosh Testamentary Trust,
<br />Plaintiff, vs. Allan Keck and Kimberly Keck, husband and wife,
<br />Defendants.
