<br />MASTER COMMISSIONER'S DEED
<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That, Whereas, in an action in the District Court of the
<br />Eleventh Judicial District of the State of Nebraska, within and
<br />for the County of Hall, wherein Goldome Realty Credit Corp., is
<br />Plaintiff, and Scott C. Lane and Cindra K. Lane, Husband and
<br />Wife, et a1., are Defendants, at the January 1st Term, A.D. 1987,
<br />of said Court, Goldome Realty Credit Corp. did obtain a Decree
<br />finding that there is due from Scott C. Lane and Cindra K. Lane
<br />to Goldome Realty Credit Corp. the sum of Seventy Seven Thousand
<br />Seventy Nine Dollars and Thirty Two Cents ($77,079.32) and costs
<br />of suit taxed at One Hundred Eighteen Dollars and Twenty six
<br />Cents ($118.26), and whereas, it was then and there further
<br />ordered in the said action that in default of the payment of the
<br />sum so found due by the said Scott C. Lane and Cindra K. Lane,
<br />that the Sheriff of said County of Hall, or some other person
<br />authorized by the Court, should cause the lands and tenements
<br />hereinafter described to be advertised and sold according to law
<br />to pay the same, and, whereas, default having been made therein,
<br />Duane A. Burns was appointed as Master Commissioner on November
<br />25, 1987, to sell the real estate under and by virtue of the said
<br />Decree and the Order of Sale to him duly directed, and he did on
<br />the 11 day of January 1988, in the lower lobby of the Courthouse
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, being Hall County, having
<br />first given due and legal notice of the time and place of said
<br />sale by publication once in each week for four successive weeks
<br />in The Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper printed and in
<br />general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at
<br />public auction to Goldome Realty Credit Corp., fur the sum of
<br />Thirty Six ThousJnd Eight Hundred Twelve Dollars ($36,812.00),
<br />which sale was afterward at the January 1st Term of said Court,
<br />A.D, 1988, examined and confirmed, and the said Duane A. Burns,
<br />as such Master Commissioner, ordered to convey the said premises
<br />in fee simple to the said Go1dome Realty Credit Corp.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Duane A. Burns, Master
<br />Commissioner, as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises and
<br />by virtue of the powers vested in me by law and the decree of
<br />said Court, do hereby Give, Grant, and Convey to the said Goldom€
<br />Realty Credit Corp., the premises so as aforesaid sold, to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lot Thirteen (13), Kal10s Subdivision, City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Go1dome Realty
<br />Credit Corp., its successors and aSSigns, and to it and its use
<br />and behoof forever.
<br />
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have, as such Master Commissioner
<br />hereunto set my hand this ~~a of January 1988.
