<br />MASTER COMMISSIONER'S DEED
<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:

<br />
<br />WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, \.,herein DONALD D. l>lOELLER and CONNIE L.
<br />MOELLER, husband and wife, were Plaintiffs and Jose Alcorta
<br />and Marsha Ogden Alcorta, husband and wife; Leland
<br />Dennhardt, d/b/a Lee's Electric Company; Jim Schultz; Louise
<br />M. Piehl; Virginia Dorothy Alcorta; Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />and John Doe and _ Doe, his wife, real and true names
<br />unknown, were Defendants, being filed as Case No. 92-181,
<br />there was entered, on October 8, 1987, a Decree of
<br />foreclosure finding that there \.,as due Plaintiffs the sum
<br />set forth in Plaintiffs' Petition, and unless Defendants, or
<br />one of tnem, within twenty days from the date of said Decree
<br />pays to Plaintiffs the amount so found due with interest and
<br />costs, that vohn Cunningham, Haster Commissioner, should
<br />sell as upon execution, according to law, the real estate
<br />hereinafter described; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, default having been made therein, the Master
<br />Commissioner did, on January 5, 1988, having first given due
<br />and legal notice of the time and place of said sale as
<br />provided by law, sell said property at public auction to
<br />DONALD D. MOELLER and CONNIE L. JliOELLER, husband and wife,
<br />Plaintiffs herein; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS..., _ said sale ',.,as aften...ards and on
<br />t(/ft-fft J o/.{ , 1988, duly examined and confirmed by
<br />sa' d C rt and said Haster Commissioner was then and there
<br />ordered and directed by said Court to execute and deliver to
<br />said Purchaser a deed conveying said property in fee simple
<br />to said Purchaser.

<br />Nm'l, THEREFORE, I, John Cunningham, Master
<br />Commissioner, in consid~ration of the premises, and by
<br />virtue of the powers vested in me by the laws of the State
<br />of Nebraska, and said Decree of foreclosure of said Court
<br />and the Order confirming said sale, and in order to carry
<br />into effect the sale so made as aforesaid, and in
<br />consideration of the sum of $13,000.00, the receipt whereof
<br />being hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey and confirm unto DONALD D. !-iOELLER and CONNIE L.
<br />MOELLER, husband and wife, and to their successors and
<br />assigns forever, the following described real estate, to-
<br />wit:

<br />Town, now City
<br />Nebraska.

<br />Block Eight (8) in the Original
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />
<br />the same being the property that was sold as aforesaid, and
<br />the same being the premises described in said Decree.
