Stat. 76-201): A rectangular tract of ground 140 feet in depth and 70 feet in width, fronting said 70 feet on John Street in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: The Westerly 26 Feet of Fractional Lot Nineteen (19) and the Easterly 44 feet of Fractional Lot Eighteen (18), all in Fractional Block One (1) in Parkhill Sub- division, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and their complements, being the Westerly 26 feet of Fractional Lot Twenty-three (23) and the Easterly 44 feet of Fractional Lot Twenty-two (22), all in Fractional Block Eight (8) in Ashton Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, all according to the recorded plats thereof subject to covenants, easements and restrictions of record. GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled to distribution of the real estate from said estate.
