West of <br />the 6th P.M., Hall County. Nebraska; being more particularly described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The Westerly sixteen (16.0) feet of the East Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (E-l/2,5E-l/4, <br />SW-l/4) of Section Twenty Three (23). Township Eleven (11) <br />North. Range Nine (9) West; except the Southerly five <br />hundred (500.0) feet thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />The above described tract of land containing 0.301 acres <br />more or less. as shown cn the plat dated 1/25/88, marked <br />Exhibit "A", attached hereto. and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br /> <br />together with the following rights: <br /> <br />Unrestricted ingress and egress to the above described easement tract for <br /> <br />the installation. maintenance. operation. and removal of such overhead <br /> <br />electrical utility lines and appurtenances. <br /> <br /> <br />Such rights of ingress and egress shall include all rights necessary for <br />the full and complete use. occupation. and enjoyment of the easement herein <br />granted. including but not limited to the right to place electrical Hne <br />anchors. or anchors with guy wires attached thereto. on Grantors' property; to <br />remove. clear. and keep clear trees. bushes. hedges. undergrowth, and other <br />obstructions interfering with the surveying. construction. inspection. <br />maintenance. repair. replacement. extension. removal. or operation of such <br />overhead electrical utility lines and appurtenances.
