West of the 6th P.M., Hall County. Nebraska; being more particularly described as follows: The Westerly sixteen (16.0) feet of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (E-l/2,5E-l/4, SW-l/4) of Section Twenty Three (23). Township Eleven (11) North. Range Nine (9) West; except the Southerly five hundred (500.0) feet thereof. The above described tract of land containing 0.301 acres more or less. as shown cn the plat dated 1/25/88, marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto. and incorporated herein by reference. together with the following rights: Unrestricted ingress and egress to the above described easement tract for the installation. maintenance. operation. and removal of such overhead electrical utility lines and appurtenances. Such rights of ingress and egress shall include all rights necessary for the full and complete use. occupation. and enjoyment of the easement herein granted. including but not limited to the right to place electrical Hne anchors. or anchors with guy wires attached thereto. on Grantors' property; to remove. clear. and keep clear trees. bushes. hedges. undergrowth, and other obstructions interfering with the surveying. construction. inspection. maintenance. repair. replacement. extension. removal. or operation of such overhead electrical utility lines and appurtenances.
