The <br /> <br />unpaid principal balance owed by starr Seed on said Mortgage Note <br /> <br />is $172,800 and all interest payments previously due have been <br /> <br />paid. <br /> <br />J. In the event of the death of Harmka Itzen Sergeant at <br /> <br />any time prior to December 1, 1992, the personal representative of <br /> <br />her estate shall have the right to declare the then eXisting unpaid <br /> <br />balance of the Mortgage Note to be due and payable by first giving <br /> <br />90 days written notice to Starr Seed. <br /> <br />4. Said Mortgage Note is secured by a certain Real Estate <br /> <br />Mortgage on the fallowing real estate: <br /> <br />The South half (SI/2), Section thirty-five (35), <br />Township nine (9) North, Range eleven (11) West of <br />the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />conveyed by Starr Seed to Sergeant, which mortgage was dated <br /> <br />December 1, 1976, and previously filed of record with the Register <br /> <br />of Deeds of Hall County Nebraska. Said Real Estate Mortgage is <br /> <br />hereby modified such that the pa~nent terms of the mortgage shall <br /> <br />be consistent and the same as the payments terms due by starr Seed <br /> <br />to Sergeant on the Mortgage Note as modified by this Modification <br /> <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />5, This Modification Agreement shall be effective as of <br /> <br />December I, 1987.
