<br />PRESIDN S. IIFSS~"'SSER and VICIDRIA A. HESSELGESSER, Husband and Wife, herein
<br />called the Mortgagor, and The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island,
<br />Hall. CoWlty, Nebraska, herein called the Mortgagee, hereby agree as follows:
<br />
<br />1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a real estate mortgage
<br />dated JWle 6, 1986, ~Jd recorded on JWle 10, 1986, as Document No. 86-103065 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds, Hall CoWlty, Nebraska, in consideration of a certain
<br />mortgage note for $35,000.00, a valid subsisting obligation of the ~IDrtgagor, and
<br />payment of the remainer of the principal and accrued interest thereon shall be due
<br />according to the terms of the aforanentioned real estate mortgage, modified and payable
<br />in the following manner:

<br />A mortgage note dated JWle 6, 1986, on which a principal balance
<br />of $25,438.21 and accrued interest of $434.89 remains Wlpaid, ~~ll
<br />be repaid with monthly payments of $746.41 principal and interest
<br />beginniug April 10, 1988, and con Linuwg each April, May, JWle. July
<br />August, September, October, November and DecEr.1ber Wltil December 10,
<br />1992 when all rEmaining principal and accrued interest becane due
<br />and payable in full. The interest rate will conti nile to be fixed
<br />at 12.0%.

<br />2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original real estate
<br />mortgage dated JWle 6, 1986, shall remain the same, and this ~bdification and
<br />Extension Agreanent is made a part of the original real estate mortgage by reference
<br />and shall inure to all successors and assigns and their heirs.
<br />
<br />Dated this 4th day of February, 1988.
