Hartman and Dorothy M. Hartman, husband and wife, <br />GRANTORS, in consideration of LOVE and AFFECTION, convey to John <br />W. Hartman and Dorothy M. Hartman, husband and wife, as joint <br />tenants and not as tenants in common, GRANTEES, the following <br />described real estate (as defined in Section 76-201, Reissue <br />Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943) situated in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br /> <br />Lot Two (2) in Block Eleven (11), Ashton Place Addition <br />to Grand Island, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and <br />recorded, <br /> <br />subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations and <br />easements of record, visible easements, and zoning laws, rules, <br />regulations and ordinances. <br /> <br />GRANTORS covenant, jointly and severally, with GRANTEES, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. GRANTORS are lawfully seised of the real estate and the <br />real estate is free of encumbrances; <br /> <br />2. GRANTORS have leQal power and lawful authority to convey the <br />real estate to GRANTEES; and <br /> <br />3.
