The <br />Southerly 10 Feet of Lot One (1), Block Six (6), Kernohan and Decker's Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and the Southerly 10 Feet <br />of the Westerly Forty (40) feet of vacated Monroe Street as it abuts Lot One <br />(1), Block Six (6), Kernahan and Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. The Southerly 10 Feet of Lot One (1) is the same as <br />the Southerly 10 Feet of the alley in Block Six (6) 'of Kernohan and Decker's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which was vacated <br />by Ordinance No. 5070. Except for easements and restrictions. <br /> <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary. and Beneficiary <br />has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Trust Deed to Trustee in the <br />said property hereinbefore mentioned and described be now released to said <br />Trustor(s). <br /> <br />Therefore. the undersigned.
