<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTP.ATION,
<br />for valuable consideration, in hand paid, does hereby release and discharge
<br />the Real Estate Mortgage dated August 28, 1980, made and executed by
<br />Richard W. Troester to Small Business Administration and recorded with the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Book 80, at Page 005241, on
<br />September 22, 1980. The released mortgage describes the following real estate:

<br />The West One Hundred (100') Feet of the South Ninety One (91') Feet
<br />of Lot Twelve (12) Holcomb's Highway Homes a Subdivision of a part of
<br />the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of the Northeast quarter (NE1/4) and a
<br />part of Lot Four (4) on Mainland all in Section Twenty-Eight (28),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County Nebraska.

<br />The recording official is hereby authorized and directed to discharge
<br />said Real Estate Mortgage of record, and after recording this release, to
<br />enter upon the margin of the record of said mortgage the book and page where
<br />this release is recorded, in accordance with the provisions of the statutes in
<br />such case made and provided.
