<br />88- 100647 <br /> <br />of the street to the use and benefit of the public forever. <br /> <br />In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of WESTGATE <br /> <br />FOURTH SUBDIVISION, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree <br /> <br />with the city of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install <br /> <br />or provide at their expense the following improvements: <br /> <br />1. Pavin~. The Subdividers waive the right to object <br /> <br />to any paving or repaving districts of westgate Road, North <br /> <br /> <br />Road, and Johnstown Road where they abut the subdivision. <br /> <br />The Grand Island City Council waives the requirement for the <br /> <br />immediate improvement for Westgate Road as dedicated by the <br /> <br />subdivision, <br /> <br />2. Water. Public water service is not available to <br /> <br />the subdivision; therefore, the Subdividers may provide private <br /> <br />wells for each structure located within said subdivision. <br /> <br />The Subdividers agree not to protest the creation of any water <br /> <br />districts within said subdivision, and further agree to connect <br /> <br />any and all structures to any water main abutt~ng the lot <br /> <br />upon which said structure is located within three construction <br /> <br />seasons after completion of said water main. <br /> <br />3. Sanitary Sewer. Sanitary sewer service is available <br /> <br />to all lots within said subdivision from mains located in Claude <br /> <br />Road.
