<br />r <br /> <br />88-100629 <br /> <br />MASTER CO~tISSIONER'S DEED -- UNDER FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGE LIEN <br />DOCKET 92 PAGE 119 <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That, Whereas, In an <br />action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of <br />the state of Nebraska, within and for the County of Hall, wherein <br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY f/k/a NEBRASKA MORTGAGE <br />FINANCE FUND, Assignee, is Plaintiff and DENNIS V. QUAIFE, SUSAN <br />M. QUAIFE, CHERIE ANN QUAIFE, BRENDA RENE QUAIFE, LYNN MARIE <br />QUAIFE AND JAMES LIVINGSTON are Defendants, at the January Term, <br />A. D. 1987, of said Court, a decree was rendered finding that <br />there is due and owing to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY <br />the sum of TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THREE DOLLARS TEN <br />CENTS ($24,503.10) together with interest thereon from the lst <br />day of November, 1986, at the rate of ten and three-quarters <br />percent (10.75%) per annum, and is a first lien, and that there <br />is due and owing to JAMES LIVINGSTON the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY <br />DOLLARS ($250.00), and is a second lien, and costs of suit taxed <br />at $393.38, and the accruing costs, and, whereas, it was then <br />and there further ordered in the said action that in default of <br />the payment of the sum so found due by the said Defendants that <br />JAMES H. TRUELL, the appointed Master commissioner, should cause <br />the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised <br />and sold according to law to pay the same, and, whereas, default <br />having been made therein, the said JAMES H. TRUELL, Master <br />Commissioner, under and by virtue of the said decree and the <br />order of sale to him duly directed, did on the 18th day of <br />December A.D., 1987 in the lower lobby of the Courthouse in the <br />City of Grand Island in said county of Hall, having first given <br />due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale once per <br />week for four consecutive weeks prior thereto in The Grand Island <br />Daily Independent, a newspaper printed and in general circulation <br />in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to <br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY for the sum of TEN THOUSAND <br />NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($10,900.00), which sale was afterward at <br />the January Term of said court, A.D., 1987, examined and <br /> <br />r--- <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />--l <br /> <br />. <br />I <br /> <br />,./ <br />h- <br />
