<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of
<br />Trust made among Oren J.Goering and Nancy J. Goering,
<br />husband and wife, Trustor, and Farmers State Bank and Trust
<br />Company of Superior, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated
<br />January 9, 1987, and recorded in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, on January 12, 1987 as .
<br />Instrument Number 87-100170 has been paid; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has
<br />requested that the property held by Farmers State Bank and
<br />Trust Company of Superior, as Trustee, under said Deed of
<br />Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in
<br />accordance with the written request of the Beneficiary,
<br />Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as
<br />Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and
<br />interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described
<br />Deed of Trust in the following described property:

<br />Lot Seven (7), in Block Two (2), in qickey Third
<br />Subdivision, a Resubdivision of all of Blocks Two (2), and
<br />Three (3), Dickey Subdivision, and all Blocks One (1) and
<br />Two (2), Dickey Second Subdivision of the city of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
