Smith, Trustee, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar ($1) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and conveys to Greenline, Inc., Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Stat. 976-201) in Hall County, Nebraska: Plat of a tract of land comprising a part of Lot One (1), Westgate Second Subdivision, and part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW~ SW~) of Section Twenty Four (24), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., all in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot One (1); thence southeasterly along the northeasterly line of said Lot One (1), a distance of Three Hundred Thirty (330.0) feet to the southeasterly corner of said Lot One (1); thence southwesterly along the southeasterly line of said Lot One (1), a distance of Ninety Five and Eighty Eight Hundredths (95.88) feet to the north line of said Scuthwest Quarter (SW~); thence east- erly along the north line of said Southwest Quarter (SW~), a distance of Thirty Two and Eighty Three Hundredths (32.83) feet to the northwesterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 30; thence deflecting right 1490 58' and running southwesterly along said right-of-way line, a distance of One Hundred Fifty Seven and Seven Tenths (157.7) feet to a point of curvature; thence southwesterly along said right-of-way line and on the arc of a curve whose radius is 2,934.79 feet (the long chord of which deflects left 010 57' 08" from the preceding course), a long chord distance of Two Hundred (200.0) feet; thence deflecting right 1080 25' 57" from the long chord of the preceding curve and running northwesterly, a distance of Three Hundred Eighty Six and Five Hundredths (386.05) feet to a point of curvature, also being on the northerly line of said Lot One (1); thence running northeasterly along the northerly line of said Lot One (1) and on the arc of a curve whose radius is 170 feet (the long chord of which deflects right 860 21' 46" from the ~re~eding course), a long chord distance of Seventy Four and Forty Four Hundredths (74.44) feet; thence deflecting .left 120 44' IS" from the long chord of the preceding curve and along the northwesterly line of said Lot One (1), a distance of Two Hundred Forty Three and Fifty Nine Hundredths (243.59) feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.946 acres more or less.
