<br />acknowledged, conveys to Fred H. Bosselman, Grantee, the following described real

<br />and part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW~ SW~) of Section Twenty
<br />Four (24), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., all in
<br />Grand Island., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:

<br />Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot One (1); thence southeasterly along
<br />the northeasterly line of said Lot One (1), a distance of Three Hundred Thirty (330.0)
<br />feet to the southeasterly corner of said Lot One (1); thence southwesterly along the
<br />southeasterly line of said Lot One (1), a distance of Ninety Five and Eighty Eight
<br />Hundredths (95.88) feet to the north line of said Southwest Quarter (SW~); thence east-
<br />erly along the north line of said Southwest Quarter (SW~), a distance of Thirty Two
<br />and Eighty Three Hundredths (32.83) feet to the northweEterly right-of-way line of
<br />U.S. Highway No. 30; thence deflecting right 1490 58' and running soutnwesterly along
<br />said right-of-way line, a distance of One Hundred Fifty Seven and Seven Tenths (157.7)
<br />feet to a point of curvature; thence southwesterly along said right-of-way line and
<br />on the arc of a curve whose radius is 2,934.79 feet (the long chord of which deflects
<br />left 010 57' 08" from the preceding course), a long chord distance of Two Hundred (200.0)
<br />feet; thence deflecting right 1080 25' 57" from the long chord of the preceding curve

<br />(386.05) feet to a point of curvature, also being on the northerly line of said Lot
