<br />
<br />Jerry L. Benker and Jeanne M. Benker, his wife, herein called the
<br />grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar
<br />($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from grantee,
<br />does quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />Dennis Beran herein called the grantee whether one or more, the
<br />following described property in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />An undivided one-half interest in and to part of Lot Eight
<br />(8), in Block Eight (8), Kernohan and Decker's Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and its complement part
<br />of Block Twenty (20), Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br />follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot Eight
<br />(8), in Block Eight (8), Kernohan and Decker's Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, thence running westerly
<br />on the southerly boundary line of said Lot Eight (8), a
<br />distance of 25.8 feet; then running northerly parallel to
<br />the Easterly boundary line of said Lot Eight (8), a distance
<br />of 95.5 Feet, thence running Westerly parallel to the
<br />southerly boundary line of Lot Eight (8), a distance of 40.2
<br />Feet to the westerly line of said Lot Eight (8), thence
<br />Northerly along and upon the Westerly boundary line of Lot
<br />Eight (8), a distance of 36.5 feet to the Northerly boundary
<br />line of said Lot Eight (8), thence Easterly on the Northerly
<br />line of said Lot Eight (8), to a point where it is inter-
<br />sected by the Southerly boundary line of Block Twenty (20)
<br />of Bonnie Brae Addition, thence conti~uing easterly parallel
<br />to the Southerly line of Lot Eight (8) aforesaid to a point
<br />132 Feet Northerly of the Southeast corner of said Lot Eight
<br />(8), thence Southerly to a point where the Southerly boundary
<br />line of said Block Twenty (20) of Bonnie Brae Addition
<br />intersects the Easterly boundary of said Lot Eight (8);
<br />thence Southerly along and upon the easterly boundary line
<br />of said Lot Eight (8) to the point of beginning, in Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together
<br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the grantee and to grantee's heirs and assigns
<br />forever.
